Making - Delivery - Return

We make all our packages before 12AM and send everything at 1PM from monday to friday.

" If you want us to send your package the same day, make your order before 12AM from monday to friday"

  • Delivery

Our packages are delivered by different companies:

BPost for every delivery at home or at a removal point - In belgium and by local companies to different countries as it is shown in our website ( for example: France - Colissimo, United Kingdom - Royal Air Mail,...) 

Mondial Relay for deliveries at the removal point of your choice

Do not forget that from one country to another, customs fees can be asked at the delivery.

Your package won't be sent until we have all the products availible (in case there's one part not availible at the moment you order).

  • Return

According to the terms and conditions and the belgian legislation you have up to 14 days from the day your package was delivered to return it to the pharmacy, but before that, please contact our customer service to try to find another solution before starting the " process of return " that we remind you, will be at your own costs (unless an error from our part ).

Prices - Delivery Method

The shipping costs include packaging, material handlings and postage. They can countain a fix and a variable part according to the price and weight of your order. We advice you to regroup your purchases in one order. We can't regroup 2 separate orders and you'll have to pay for both. Your package is send at your own risk, a special care is given to the packages who countains breakable products...

We deliver your package to the adres of your choice. If nobody is present during the delivery the package will be dropped to the nearest office in your neighborhood. Delivery is free from a certain amount according to the country !

  • Bpost Normal postage without tracking

For packages with Europe and the rest of the world as destination whose weight is 250g (0.250kg) or under:

from 6 EURO (according to the geografical area) 

( Without tracking so the risk of a loss from "La Poste", D-Pharma isn't responsable for any loss and won't consider a refund or any type of compensation if your package is lost. We can always give you the proof that it has been sent.)

  • Sprint Delivery

The delivery in Brussels can be made the same day (Select Country: Brussels)

  • Cash on delivery

Only available for Belgium. You can choose to pay for your order and the shipping fees on delivery, you'll only have to pay 6.50 euro extra for the application fee.

  • Booking / Réservation / Reservering 

To avoid shipping fees, you can also pick up your package at our store " Rue de Flandre 101 - 1000 Brussels " with your name and order number

  • Mondial Relay

Only available for Belgium and France: from 7 EURO ( according to weight )

NB : 

Do not accept a damaged package ( heavily damaged packaging or open ).

Whatever the case is, write on the reception paper " package damaged " or open the package in front of the person who makes the delivery to note the state of the products in it.

We invite you to contact our custumer service, to tell us about this incovenience. If you've received such a package, please keep it, take pictures where you can easily see the problem. Without that we won't be able to help you. Contact our services and please describe the problem with the pictures.
